Information you choose to share

StopForeclosures.net collects the name, phone, email, property address, estimated loan balance, selling preference, and foreclosure date information you enter in a help request. If you use address lookup, we send your address to the Google Places API and may save its matching address with your request. Map coordinates are used temporarily to show the location.

Incomplete property inquiries

As explained above the property address field, we automatically save the address, estimated loan balance, and selling preference you enter on the first step, including if you leave without completing the form. An anonymous request identifier connects edits and a later completed request. These incomplete records are available privately to the site operator and may be emailed to the operator for review. Names, phone numbers, and email addresses are saved only when you submit the completed request and agree to contact. Incomplete entries are not treated as permission for phone or email contact.

How your information is used

The site operator uses your request to review your situation and contact you by phone or email about it. Request notifications may be sent to the operator’s private business and designated personal inboxes through an email delivery provider. Hosting and database providers process the information needed to operate the site. Contact consent does not authorize unrelated marketing or automated text messages.

Maps and other services

Address lookup uses Google Places. The optional map loads from Google Maps, which receives technical connection information and the approximate map location. Resource links open independent sites with their own privacy policies. Google services are subject to the Google Privacy Policy. Fonts are hosted locally on this website. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.

Storage and access

Requests are saved in a server-side database. Lead records are not publicly listed. We limit access to the site operator and service providers needed to operate the site. We may use a hashed network address and request count to limit spam. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You may browse resources without submitting a request. Address lookup and loan balance are optional. Do not provide Social Security numbers, account numbers, payment details, or documents through this form. You may ask the operator to correct or delete your request, or stop contact, by replying to a follow-up message. Requests may be retained while needed for follow-up, operational, or legal purposes.

StopForeclosures.net is a private resource and inquiry website. It is not affiliated with HUD or Google. Submitting information does not stop foreclosure.
